My sister just moved in with me and she needs a job she really doesnt want to work in front of people. She can work any hours right now. ANY IDEAS would help.

Did you check with the local temp agencies? Light administrative work usually requires minimum contact with the public, and if she can find a job at a customer call center, she will only be dealing with people on the phone. Best of all, you take in calls to answer questions or fill orders, unlike telemarketing, which is a lot tougher. I don’t know what the age requirements are for Orlando, but there’s some possibilities.
Also: many businesses have summer internship programs for high-school aged students. Contact the HR departments of some of the companies to find out if they offer such progams.
