how do i find where someone lives by knowing their mobile number?

My mother just got an abusive text from a mobile number, and its not as thought im going to hunt them down or anything, we are just curious as to who it could be, anyone know how to find country/state of someone by using their mobile?

even if its just a browser tool or something.

Hi.You can get someones cell phone number through Ussearch web site.You’ll have to pay for it.I have got someones cell number through there.Totally worth it.

    a)…let it go…..

    b)…complain to the police…

    c) ….do the paid service searches available

    d)…..ring the number…when you think you in a big group of ppl …attended by the one you suspect..
